KAC Metro Atlanta invites you to a special KOREAN COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT WORKSHOP, organized in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of the Korean community in Atlanta, to be held on Saturday, October 20 at 1:30 pm.
This unique opportunity will bring together the entire Korean community of Atlanta, including both first- and second-generation members, to learn and discuss various issues affecting our growing community. This workshop will be appropriate for everyone, as the sessions will be held in both English and Korean. Learn about the important issues, meet leaders and organizations addressing these issues, and discover how you can help make improvements in your community.
This will also be an excellent opportunity to network and meet various local organizations and leaders in Atlanta.
*All local Korean organizations are welcome to advertise your organization at this event. Please contact us immediately at KACAtlanta@gmail.com to participate.*
Special thanks to our sponsor, Korean Consulate General in Atlanta(주애틀랜타총영사관), for making this event possible, and to our partner organizations who will be leading our special sessions: Asian Americans Advancing Justice Atlanta, KAAG, and Atlanta OKTA.
We hope you will join us at this special FREE workshop that will inform, empower, and motivate our Korean community.
